Having problems running the maplorer on T-Mobile Dash 3g

I have edited the gps.ini to specify port 4 and baud rate of 4800. However, when i run the maplorer, the hour glass comes for a second and then goes away, no program starts. Can you please help me.

Hi,

If nothing happens at all, there may be no .NET framework installed, or the wrong version. Maplorer was developped for compact framework 3.5 or later (it may work with CF 2.0, not sure). See start/settings/conrol panel/Remove programs to see the CF version.
