I have a Hitachi MMP 501 GPS that runs on Windows CE.NET 4.2 Core (no idea what this means but is what is on the back of the device).
The GPS/map software is Sensis Destinator Version 5.5.6.21 which is now a few years out of date and I can't update.
Hitachi no longer support this GPS so can get no help from them.
Can I load 'Myboot' and 'Maplorer' onto this and have a updated and functional GPS again, If not any suggestions?
I really need help here as I like the 501 and would prefer to keep it instead of having to by another GPS.
